Manufacturing Process
LDPE colored tarpaulin manufacturing typically involves weaving HDPE fabric, then laminating both sides with LDPE for waterproofing and durability. Masterbatches are used at the lamination stag to introduce color. The process often includes cutting the finished tarpaulin to size, reinforcing edges, welding seams, and adding grommets.
Speciality
LDPE tarpaulin sheet is mainly used as a protective covering from harsh weather conditions for domestic and industrial purposes. LDPE tarpaulins are often used in construction sites as scaffolding screens as well as for marketing purposes like billboards, advertisement banners etc.
